- 1. What do I need to start working?
To start working you will need the following: Register
business. Open a business account in a bank, with on-line banking. We will need access to your on-line banking in order to monitor store
performance, and finances.
- 2. Do I need to spend any money to start?
To start working you will have to spend about 100-200 dollars, depending on
state you live in. These money will be spent by you, to register a business
name and to open a business bank account. The money you spend will be paid back to you as soon as the store starts
working.
- 3. What will be my duties?
Your duties are going to be: Applying and getting merchant
accounts for the stores, manage finances, do necessary phone calls.
- 4. What is "managing finances", and how do I do it?
Before we start you will be given instructions on how to
manage finances. Usually that means that you will be transferring
salaries. You will mostly use wire transfers and direct cash deposits.
- 5. Who pays for business expenses?
All of the expenses are paid from the business account.
- 6. How many web sites can I have working?
You may have as many stores as you want, as long as you provide each store with a merchant account.
- 7. What is a merchant account?
Merchant account - is a special type of a bank account that
allows you to accept different forms of payment on your web site.
Merchant accounts are issued by specially approved banks. And there are
some companies that help people get one. We will use one them.
- 8. What will be sold in my on-line stores?
We sell wide variety of software ranging from PalmPc software to security software.
- 9. Will I have to do any postal mailing?
No. Everything is done on-line. Customers download their purchases directly from the web site.
- 10. I do not want to give you access to my on-line
banking, what do I do in this case?
We need on-line banking to monitor store perfomance and
activity. To monitor finances. If you don't want to give us access to
online banking, you will have to fax us your bank statement everyday.
Otherwise we will not be able to work with you.
- 11. Do we need to sign any kind of agreement or contract?
No. This kind of activity does not require any agreements. We base our
relationships with you on trust and good faith.
